Man, another Monday, another day of me being tired.  I should REALLY think about going to bed earlier.  So, if I sound cranky in this post, please just chalk it up to being tired.

GOD BLESS…  The freaking Bengals.  Week after week of this crap…  It’s freaking hard to take sometimes, but…  Eventually, they’ll come through.  One way or another.  I hope.  I didn’t get to watch the game, but I saw the ticker for most of the game, and I could just guess how it went.  They freaking intercepted Brett Farve TWICE and still could not seal the deal.  I mean, come ON…are you serious?  Like I’ve said before, they only play good enough to JUST lose.  It gives me a headache just thinking about it.  Not only that, but New England got SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDD last night by San Diego.  Like, 30-3, last I heard.  Sickening.  It just looked like it wasn’t clicking for the boys in white last night.  Yes Margaret, the Patriots have come down to Earth.  OH MY GOODNESS.

In watching that trainwreck, I missed the Dodgers/Phillies game.  Which, you know, typically speaking, isn’t a big deal, per se, but I guess I missed some fireworks in the game.  The game previous, the pitcher threw it behind Manny Ramirez’s back.  Well, in last night’s game, they plunked the catcher, and then went after him again in his next at bat.  SO, in retaliation, the Dodger pitcher threw a pitch above the head of a Phillies batter (name’s escaping me at the moment…).  Well, in true baseball spirit, the batter yelled at the pitcher along the lines of, “If you’re going to throw at me, hit me in the body, not the head.”  For the record, I appreciate the respect of the game from the batter…  He understood the “rules”.  The same at bat, he hit a dribbler down the first base side and was out.  A graphic debate between the Phil and Dodger pitcher occured, and the bases cleared.  No punches thrown, but it will be interesting to see how it pans out tonight.  Speaking of baseball, how ’bout dem Rays, huh??  They had an AMAZING game on Saturday, that went well over 5 hours, and into the wee hours of the morning.  I stayed up and watched it all, and man, am I glad I did.  Really fun game to watch.  So we got the Phillies leading the Dodgers, 2 games to 1, and the Rays and Sox split at a game apiece.  No matter who wins or loses, I’ll be rooting AL this year.  Both AL teams play a faster, quicker style of ball, and I like that.  Hit and Runs, steals, base hits…  Not to say they can’t blast them out of the park, but they’re more based on putting the ball in play.  …I still feel dirty about rooting for the American League, though…

Wow…  Writing’s therapeutic.  I was going to write this long-winded rant on someone that I mistakenly put my trust in, only for him to F us over…  But now, I have no urge to.  Absolutely none.  But, please just let me say, if anyone knows Rock, he’s a f’in overcompensating, napoleonic complex having, backstabbing thief, so that’s it.  I’m done and moving on.

I found an old Pearl Jam CD that I forgot I had.  Now, some of the later Pearl Jam stuff was kinda…not my thing.  The album I found was No Code.  It’s got Hail, Hail, one of my favorite songs of theirs.  It’s also got Smile, which I didn’t know was on here, too.  So, yay!  I gotta go dig up my Versus CD, though…  I’m not sure what I did with it.

Alright, gotta fly.
