Late post today. As with each and every month end, I get slammed from last minute stuff, catch up work from throughout the month, and standard day-to-day work. Makes for hectic days. It just generally means that things get placed on the backburner, such as an entry to a blog that doesn’t make me any money. 😛

What I did have time for, or at least, made time for, was a lunch get together with one of my sister’s classmates, Stacy Sanders. Through the wonders of Facebook, we established contact and interact randomly through attempts of entertaining ourselves or whatev. Any hoo, she found out I did the P90X thing, and wanted in on it. So, much like a drug deal, I hooked a sister up. It was a good time, she’s a solid chick. So that was my excitement for the day.

Man, I was just talking to a coworker… my job isn’t what it used to be. I used to have fun doing it. It’s like they went out of their way to try to make our jobs as complicated as possible, and it’s just not necessary. We were in control before, and the last couple years, they focused too much on the ‘Do more’ instead of the ‘Keep doing a great job’.  It’s cruddy. I still enjoy my job, and I am grateful for it, but, I just wish that Dr. Siemen would chill the fuck out and let us do our job. It’s aggravating.
