So, it’s that time again. Time for Versailles to be the ‘the place to be’, as the town festival kicks in. Unfortunately, it’s just me and the boys this year, as Mo has class on Saturday. And that makes me sad. :-( But the boys and I should have a good time, I’m looking forward to it. Just hope that Mother Nature freakin’ cooperates. Jay does not enjoy cold or rainy weather, and neither does the boys. We’re planning on doing some rides and getting some fair food, and we’ll be there for the morning parade, but I hope either Mom or Sara can take the boys so we can go watch a movie for our anniversary. Yeah…nothing like doing an anniversary right, huh?  This is our 6th, so, that’s kind of wild. I used to say I’d never get married, and I told Mo as much on our first date. I wasn’t exactly successful with girls, so I just figured it was the way it was going to be.

Nailed that one on the head, huh?

It’s been an interesting time together. Some more trying moments than others, and I’ll take responsibility for the issues I’ve caused. But, I’m extraordinarily fortunate to find who I did, and have been blessed with the time I’ve been given. And I have two crazy and fun and silly boys to round out our family, and I couldn’t be more thankful. So, to Mo, thank you for putting up with my shenanigans and craziness. I can’t promise I’ll grow wiser, but I promise to try. :-)
